Where Do I Get My Membership Card?

In Store:  Customers will receive their Member ID Card/Number "On The Spot" after a minimum of $350 purchase is made at any of our Store Locations.

Online Orders:  After placing a minimum order of $350,  Customers will receive their Member ID Number by E-MAIL when order is processed so they can start using it immediately with their Next purchase. The Official Member ID Card will be included in the package along with their order and shipped.

How Do I Use My Member ID Card?

Very Simple,

1) For "In Store" Purchases:  At Check Out show us your Member ID card along with your ID and a 10% Discount will be applied on your purchase.

2) For Online Purchases: When you ready to Check Out, just enter your Member ID card "NUMBER" in the comment area and a 10% REFUND will be issued when we process your order. (Shipping and Sale Tax Excluded)

IMPORTANT!! Member ID "NUMBER" and NAME of the HSA Account Holder placing the order MUST MATCH!
